Dude, there are two movies here - the first one (with Klaus Kinski) is "Das Geheimnis der gelben Mönche" or as it was released in English, "Target For Killing" by Manfred R. Köhler, 1966, and the second (set in Thailand) is "Banco à Bangkok pour O.S.S. 117" ("Panic in Bangkok") by André Hunebelle, 1964.
