I first played Donkey Kong Country when it was added to the Nintendo Switch Online package. When I got to this level, I immediately remembered this part of the video.
When the level starts just say “…nah”, turn around and head right back through the entrance. It teleports you to the end of the level.

As an example, the 20,000+ pokemon that I encountered over the course of completing my Ruby dex (Dang you FEEBAS!) likely over half of them had predators. Predators that are intelligent enough to think "If I just follow this kid around, he'll exhaust a bunch of (insert Pokemon here) for me, and I won't have to do a thing aside not get caught in his rampage myself".
