it is hard to see, but my wild guess is that he took Tarik's lapel and passed on the back of his neck and then he did like a baseball choke, but without going through the position, just puliing the lapel as the pulling would make the choke tighter from the right side. As everything was so tight and Mica was pulling Tarik's head, it didn't leave space to do anything but to tap.
