Actually in Maharashtra Ganpanti bappa ka first day Naivedya me main 21 Modak hota hai. Baki aap aur jo additional banaoge it's up to you. Varan bhaat, puri, batyatyachi baaji. Vaalache birde. Chavali chi bhaji. But naivedya me chavlichi bhaji ( leaffy vegetable) is mandatory.

Add jaggery to varan. It will taste to the next level. Varan, Bhat, tup and nimbu with batatachya kachrya. It's a heaven.
