Im not sure but as far as i heard, they cover the jacket to keep the drum warm inside. While the winter of korea is freezing cold, that jacket help to keep the temperature

Так чистый Миксер это от водителя зависит , сам на БСУ 5 лет отработал , были и чистые машины , а были и чуханы засранные

콘크리트는, 물, 모래, 시멘트, 석탄재, 고로슬래그등 섞음! 콘크리트경화는 몇년에 걸쳐 서서히 일어남! 신축이란 말은 아직 굳고있는 콘크리트속에. 페기물이 실내공기오염을 충분히 일으키고 있는데 다들 그냥 모른척 할뿐ㅋ

There are many variables (moisture content, stone size, type of cement, binders, etc.), so not quite so easy. It has to be correct for the job or it will get rejected.

I drove a mixer for 20 yrs in state of Indiana for a big company named IMI and I’ve seen it all until this. That is a huge ready mix company there. No outside storage or a loader shown. Just dump trucks filling underground bins that feed the plant. Continuous mixing. And if I was betting. There’s more than 1 plant mixing Crete. They just filmed 1 only.
I would think they do have another plant mixing. Because my question was going to be what if someone ordered a different type of mix ,lets say with smaller gravel

Это вы ещё производство асфальта не видели. Почти тоже самое, но вместо воды горячий битум, да и материал сначала греется в барабане огромным факелом. Короче, ещё сложнее и интереснее

모래는 덤프추레라로들어오고 자갈은 25.5ton앞사바리로들어오는데 이유알시는 전문가 답변좀 해주세용
레미콘 회사마다 배합 기준이 달라서.. 품질 경쟁을 하다보니 이런건 회사내 보안이 있을수밖에 없는데 골재를 야적해놓지 않고 그때그때 받아쓰는것도 의외네요.
석분을 안쓰는것만 보아도 이집은 합격이네요.
요즘은 환경 및 품질문제로 골재를 야외에 야적하지않고 실내사이로에 보관하고 엘레베이터로 계량된뒤 컨베이어벨트를 통해 믹서로 이동되는식으로 플랜트를 설계합니다~!
보관하는게 기본입니다..
큰 회사일수록 야적 하는게 당연하고요
시멘트의 경우 3일치(야외가 아닌 당연 사일로), 골재는 1일치 보관합니다, 한번 출하할때마다 골재받아오랴 시멘트 공급받느랴 그게 안됩니다 저장해둬야합니다
모래, 자갈. 그런데 시멘트는 언제 부은겨?

its great they test it, but does the job site know the results before they start pouring so if a bad batch they can reject it?
The computer calculates the mix based on a unique number of quality. If there is no error in the machine, the combination cannot be wrong. That's why it's better to check the machine frequently

Never seen it pre mixed before it goes into the mixer wagon, it’s usually loaded with sand, gravel, cement & water then mixed in the drum
Wet batched concrete is of a far better and more consistent quality than dry batched many construction contractors here in the UK insist wet batched concrete for their projects

I'm in the SE area our two local Hanson plants are wet batch, Cemex at Northfleet is wet batch as is Crawley plant, but they sold their plants in the Kent area to the Gallagher group who have wet batch plants! btw when I worked for RMC, Fulham was wet batch that was 50 plus years ago

Funny how 🤔 the mixers where a diaper around their drums 🤔 and that the drivers don't get out and wash out their drums and shoots 🙄? Doesn't take long for build up inside then the fun of chipping and jackhammering begins 🙄.
On the washout front, that's standard where countries have environmental rules around not just putting it down the drain.
You either have to prep a wash down bay onsite, or go back to the yard, they showed something that looked like on when the truck pulled out of the batch plant.
Considering they had the pump truck directly off-road at the site building a sump onsite seems impossible, and feeding 2 truck at a time implies this was a big pour a a driver waiting to do his shutes might be slightly unappreciated
@@nimrodbegg123 No, you don't put concrete down the drain when doing a wash out that is true.
On a construction site there usually a dirt pile or a hay bail square ⬛ lined with filter fabric for washing out the truck. You still have to wash your discharge shoots before leaving a site. Been there, done ✔ that.
If you're empty, adding water 💧 to your drum to be agitated on the way back to the plant is the other option where there would be a clean out area 😉.

This is the first time I've ever seen 👀 a diaper/sock around the mixers drum.
@cranksinatra7810 That badminton racquet def do a proper job though. Just got a few lumps off. 100% water is needed on the shutes and in the drum after pouring. Never know they may dons it but just didn’t show it
