I don't like this song as I find it weird, but extremely relatable. This is 100% me having a bad day. This is the part of me I don't like to deal with. The traumatized, trust issued part. That part that doesn't feel normal, tho it could be. I mean, there are a lot people that understand our pain out there, for sure, they just cope with it more health-ily, so we don't notice.
Something I was left on thinking today, 'cause it's been one of those days I feel lonely, misunderstood: Am I? Really? Or am I running away from people that would understand me just because that doesn't feel quite right?
I was thinking "I can't talk to others until I have calmed down. I'm the only one that can manage my feelings, others will just worsen them", and automatically got as a self response "but isn't people learning how to manage your emotions with you mere matter of practice? What if you teached them to be there for you both in your happy's and your low's?" I was like 🧍♂
That's it. Just wanted to share this thought with someone that might understand. I'll keep thinking about it myself. It doesn't feel quite right... but I could try. It's not like I'm losing anything anyways.
