I just think it seems like there was a big fight between them, and maybe jessica did something that Taeyeon couldnt accept. So taeyeon ignored jessica while jessica tried to make her peace with taeyeon. And perhaps taeyeon still want to be friends like before but her anger couldnt settle down, so... well yeah, they act like that.
