Thank you
Thank you for this
absolutely amazing videos you need more views
Thanks for the kind words!!
what would i need to take the @ on social media from someone else? especially because the account isn’t active
So I don't have to get the trademark before going public with the name. So would it be best to not take the "buying an .store domain and selling online" route until I trademark, or is that something I can go ahead and do now and focus on getting those sales and building that customer base first still?
Does this apply in the UK aswell?
🔥🔥🔥 gang

@@UneakDesign u like stealing from people bro? Did a back ground check on u. You’ve been evicted from for property since 2000 you cannot be trusted.
Hey gotta question
Got a job as a head designer for a fashion company I am meant to design everything related to clothing how do I give right pricing because my ideas are being commercialized and how do I go about licensing my designs so my ideas are not stolen
When you are asking about licensing, your ideas, are you speaking about design ideas?
@@UneakDesign hey, yes I am
Honestly, trademarking or copywriting your designs without them being attached to a brand is going to be very very hard to do. When you say licensing, do you mean you want to create designs and have other companies be able to pay to use them?
@@UneakDesign yes I currently got a job offer to design for a fashioncompany as there head designer so all they got to do is produce
Shouldn’t have took this long to find this video the UA-cam algorithm needs fixing
YOU AINT LYING!!!!
Sorry you had to search so hard to find this information, but I was glad that you were able to find it.
is this appliable to Canada too?
Canada laws in USA laws are almost identical, that being said, I would still check with the Canadian laws but in my opinion, I don’t think there’s gonna be much of a difference.
so its best to get the brandname trademarked
If you do your proof of concept, and it looks like you will be selling and moving forward with that brand-name, I definitely would recommend trademarking that brand name.
@@UneakDesign Thanks and yes, my proof of concept is done. It's a clothing brand I've been working on since 2020 & It's starting to get a buzz now And I don't want anybody to take my name
I thought you needed a resellers permit, not a sellers permit. Am i wrong?
The sellers permit is what she need from your county to sell and to collect sales tax. However, a resellers permit is what you need to buy Apparel blanks, inks, vinyl, and other items that need to use and intend on reselling.

Randy! What's good fam?🤙🤙
My brother, I hope all is well! We need to link up!
The music is a bit too loud
Can you just get a sellers permit and start selling?
You can totally do that. You’ll only need a sellers permit if you want to purchase resell items at wholesale pricing. Eventually once you start selling some decent amount you’ll need to get one for your taxes.
Don’t work with him. He stole from me
could i try to sell 60 shirts without any of these?
In the beginning, I would recommend just selling without getting any of these! Not until you start actually selling and making decent amount of money then I would look to start on any of these legal things that you need to do, but until then see if your stuff is gonna sell first.

Watch out he’s shady and stole from me
