Hoplas the dark printer didint have cool down stats before. The 3k upgrade was to reduce the cool down from 30 to 20
9:40 it lowers cooldown for the money thing
The new best ultimate is the dragon drill man and the new best money maker is the Titan printer man
Tip: even if it has a 30 sec cooldown you’ll get 3500 a lot of times if the wave is taking long
