Just to let you know Renault, there are mistakes on your UK website regarding the range for the Scenic. You claim combined consumption of 16.7kWh/62 miles, which is 3.71 miles/kWh, but a combined cycle range of 420 miles for a 60kWh battery. Not possible. 60 x 3.71 = 223 miles. For 420 miles range, with that efficiency, you’d need a battery of more than 110kWh… I don’t think there’s an issue with the claimed efficiency since the Megane e-tech is indeed around 3.8-4.2 miles/kWh, which is pretty good for the size of the car.

I note the roof panels on this vehicle. It would be much better if these were solar panels to charge the vehicle and increase its range.
Would solar panels increase the weight of the vehicle to negate their benefit?
