No. He definitely IS a UFC legend. He fought in the very first tourney and came back to fight for UFC2. All of those early guys are legends. Pats destruction of Scott Morris is LITERALLY LEGEND. People will never forget that and will always talk about that. You don't need to win a fuckin belt to become a legend. That would be like saying Tank Abbott isn't a UFC legend. And Tank had some of the most vicious KOs in UFC history.

My Dad actually trained Pat Smith for the first UFC, you can see him behind Pat when he walks into the ring.
Back then he was doing boxing matches, and was very good. UFC was still new, so ground game wasn't really something a lot of people knew about, except the wrestlers.

That's cool, UFC 1 where it all began, Pat Smith was one of the fighters I really enjoyed watching, shame there are not many interviews of him now, as he did a lot boxing, MMA, kickboxing & Karate & of course was in the first UFC, fought legends like Andy Hug, Ken Shamrock, Kimo & Royce Gracie.

Which the club also got sued and temporarily closed for trafficking underage girl's. Pat decided to represent himself instead of getting an attorney thinking it would be an open and shut case. I think you should focus on at least giving them a few more seconds to finish up their answers and a few more seconds of silence afterwards before continuing with more questions.

Would love to see that, both more or less are the same age, build, height & Ken in recent years is more of a stand up fighter, so should make for an interesting fight, but I think Pat would probably TKO Ken. That fight would make sense for both these fighters to retire on, as they began UFC together.

He is not a legend at all. He was just part of a crowd of idiots that went inside the octagon to brutalize each other without any idea of what a ground game was. I remember how he brutalized Scott Morris, but how quickly he tappep out when Royce was barely hitting him with his palm and the same he did with Kimo. The guy was a coward. These "legends" were cherry picked because the Gracies wanted just the fights they thought they could win to cement their "legacy". Ken Shamrock, he was one of the few legit fighters in those early and stupid tournaments. Ruoas, Shamrock, Sakuraba. Those are the legends. He wasn't a sex offender. She was 17 years old when we would all hang out. We didn't know that was her real age due to her fake ID which said "she was 21". I was there along with two other young men. We met these 3 young ladies who was working as dancer's in a fully-nude strip club called "Saturday's". One 21 actually [17], 18 and 19 years of age. The club also got sued and temporarily closed for trafficking underage girl's. It was reopened because it was sold. The reason why Pat was convicted is because he decided to represent himself instead of getting an attorney thinking it would be an open and shut case. It was crazy because they dismissed all 3 of us as witnesses. Including the two dancers she hung with that were 18 and 19. The other two dancers even claimed that the 17yr would always purchase then liquor due to the fake ID.

@@quinnchilds914 thats cool you cleared it out . i wasnt like other people u see in comment section talking bad of him just to talk bad of him or judging him. i respect him as fighter he was. but i did not wanna ignore the cat in the bag . this info is also in hes wikipedia article this 14 yo girl rpe thing. so its public info. open or shut case or not it isnt adviced to be your own lawyer. young 17 yo girls have fake ids and lie theyr age at its scary. alot of 13 yos could pass ass 18 yos and when they lie theyr age and have fake ids too its even worse. terrible as the witnesses were just ignored like it was nothing. i myself have ben falsly accused . more of haresment of adult woman i didnt haress but still so i can tell how bad it can be when you are accused of something ur not and didnt do and when bunch of people still spread lies. i was not found guilty of haresment i didnt commit but there are still people who spread lies and act as not quilty vertic means nothing. also if cops came to me they were so sure i was guilty. the person who framed me got away and they didnt find the person or people. or they didnt wanna find them who did it. but cool that someone finally cleared the air on this on.

@• AzzA • they fabricated their own "legacy" choosing the fights they could win until they were exposed by more rounded fighters like Sakuraba. Revisionism has shown that the Gracies were nothing but arrogant cowards and they are not even liked in their own country.
