I'm not looking forward to losing my mother. Lost a sister in 2017, Dad in 2018 and my only other sister in 2019. Just Mom and I left. I can't do another funeral, literally, it would break my heart so she has to live forever.

She was the driving force behind getting Donnie started in his music career. She lived and supported and encouraged him to go for it. She, along with all the other New Kids on the Block member moms, for the managers of the fan club in their hay day.

I lost my mom 19 years ago to cancer . Have a special need son severly austic ,19 have a son who had aml leukemia life isnt easy. I think everybody grieves in their own way.

So sorry for your loss. We lost my oldest sister, who your mother reminded us of, even her mannerisms and strength was just like my sister. She could walk in the room and get everyone laughing. So sad that you lost your wonderful mother. She will be missed by many.

What a sweet sweet lady and mother. There were 5 of us and my mother wasn't even close to Alma but I know how hard it was for her. She passed in 2006 and I think about what she went through every day. Your mother was an angel here on earth and she knew how much she was loved. Bless you all.

Lost my wonderful mother in law in January, she was a good person who gave me support when I lost my mother 18 years ago. I have been lucky to have two special mums who will live on in our memories and hearts. My condolences to you and your family, no one is ever gone when you remember them with love.

I know what you all are going through, I lost my Mom recently and my Dad past away in 2000, leaving behind Mom and his 10 children. Plus my brother Don past away also from a kidney failure. Just hang in there kids, keep yourselves busy as it will get easier to live with, you just don't ever forget. I believe everyone out there loves the Wahlberg's.

That thing about Mark having a rift with is mom... The favorite/not favorite is a joke that has been running for years and they all say it (with a straight face most of the time). When that interview took place Wahlburgers was still filming and airing and if they’re had been a rift, I don’t think Ms Alma would have been able to hide it. She was such a genuine person. After everything Mark put her through when he was young, it would have taken A LOT for her to be really mad at him. She was just so proud all of her sons were back on the right side of the law.

She overcame many things and raised her family to not look down on those that had less than them. She raised some outstanding children. She taught them values that many never teach their children. They loved their mom and she was their biggest fan. My heart, love and prayers go out to this family. Losing your mom is like losing a big part of who you are.
