So that it's closer to their clients? No need to harvest more than what the client actually orders? No need to store fresh, perishable goods saving space and costs for logistics?
its in New York City, can you imagine trying to find space to set up a greenhouse there. A office basement is honestly your best bet and can be closer to the clients.
