*How to get: Put in 60 cloud vials into the wind shrine, 20 percent chance.*
*Other way: Complete every single quest every NPC has, and onett will give you a piece of metal, which if you put in blender you get the egg, but you need to also put in 50 star jellies, 10 cloud vials, 270 red and blue extract, and 5000 of blueberries, strawberries, pineapples, sunflower seeds, and 800 gumdrops with 25 stingers. That is the recipe.*

I'm on rules of the road because I bought the gummy mask yesterday and I'm now working on spirit bear quests
If u have the gummy boots and get the coconut clogs the passive is transferred to the gummy boots but if u don't have the gummy boots it'll only work on the clogs and when you get the gummy boots it then once again just transferred to the gummy boots to only use on
James, inside the coconut cave, where you keep checking the time. That is just your fastest time slaying the Crab. If you want to check what time you actually got, it tells you in the chat after you defeat the Crab.

Its because passives stack and because gummy boots are better idiot
A way to stack up micro converters is to get 15 and then hand in a spirit bear quest that rewards micro counterterrorism cuz they are the only ones that over stack.
