The Inferno 72 is available from the 30th of May - this is a PU board (not a dark arts). Contact your local Sharpeye website or boars store for more info 🤙🏽
Thanks for the clarification. Didn’t know which-exact board you were riding; if it was the carbon fiber edition which worked so well. It would be cool if you tested out the epoxy version back-to-back for a comparison.
hey kale, I was wondering which board is best for an advanced surfer who wants to surf 3-7ft waves and already owns a seaside for 1-4ft waves and a board for overhead waves? The choices would be from an Inferno 72 and the pyzel mini ghost and the pyzel phantom. Very difficult to decide. can you help me to choose? I hear from many people that surfing the inferno is not quite as easy as you surf it. because you're just damn good. 🔥🔥🥦🥦🔥🔥
this board is actually only available in USA, and cost 1200 euros, is that correct ? I thought you were advocating the fact that it's an available board on the market for everyone and not a limited specific edition, hand made and reinforced in carbon by some very specific shapers from USA.. I expected this board to be on the website of eye sharp but it's not. A bit disappointed ..
By the way i just realised i forgot to tell that i actually enjoyed watching this series, nice job ! Sorry to focus only on one negative point in my last comment
You were definitely ripping on that board!!! Plus it looks super sick in all black with white rails. You were frothing on it so much that I looked it up. To get the exact color of the board you’re riding, it would cost $1350.00 plus tax!!! Holy Shite mate!!! 😲
Hey Kale :) I am keen to know what fins you have tried with the Inferno 72 since you chose it as the winner. Have you stuck with the Performers? Perhaps you have tried FCS's Toledo's. What did you find worked well? Also, I am 92kg and have never owned an XL fin but are thinking about trying the Performer in XL, would you recommend such a purchase for a guy my size or should I stick with a large fin? Cheers bro!
I'm not kale but from my experience, one of the biggest secrets in fins is that bigger fins offer more drive and speed in medium to small waves. I'm 165 and switching to large fins changed my life in small to medium waves. I still use a medium-raked set in good waves with a longer board.
@@jakedavid2523 ... Yes. That´s also my experience and have no doubt that's the way fins work. Also more larger fins means more surface area... Equals more volume under back foot.

Hey Kale. I was just wonder how tall you are. I’m looking to get an Inferno 72 myself and was a bit unsure which size to get. I stuck between 5’5 and 5’6. I’m 13 and I weigh about 42kg. I’m about 5’0 tall. I’m a medium level to high intermediate surfer. Cheers mate🤙
Yo Kale, I'm in the surfer's roadmap. It's frickin amazing and totally changed my game! I'm 15 and just moved to Southern California surfing has become my dream and you've been such a big part of that. Thanks so much, man much love.

The next lot of boards to review could be a more affordable set of boards. Something more like the ones in the surfboard warehouse, find, or similar that have a few boards in the range of $350-$500 and may be good for 90% of people, instead of the $800-$1k range. What do you think?

You still running the performer fins? Be interested in seeing what u think with some other fins?
Gee there is definitely huge recognition and crazy positive feedback from the pros on Sharpeye lately. Even at the Margret Pro!
It is like I have never seen you surf that good. Absolutely ripping.
Totally hell true! wow...
Just bought one and had my first surf at Lennox point . Holy hell love at first sight for sure. The fastest board I’ve ever ridden. No cap

You looked so good on that board from the moment you stood up on it.

Amazing work Kale. What type of glassing is that? Standard 4x4 + 4? OR is it light weight 4oz deck and 4oz bottom?
Is just me or does sitting on a black board with a black suit look remarkably like a big black seal? I know someone who likes eating big fat seals.
When will it be available to ship to Hawaii
Hi Kale, just wondering if you have any specific fins you would recommend using with this board?
Awesome review mate just made my mind up I’ll be on to Liam at sharp eye to get a inferno 72 especially for the bath tub in Melbourne
