Wow, what's going on with the Hermes online service in your area? I ordered a twilly online and my item arrived the next day. ( i don't have a store where I live and the closest store is a 3.5-4hour flight away, so I was super impressed.) This is in Australia.
I assume Hermes Australia customer service is top notch. Not in America unfortunately.
