Can we replace 7a back glass to pixel 6a? because i have pixel 6a and i want to change it's back glass and install 7a,s back glass.does it?

Is it still water resistant?

No it would not be unless after you replace you test to make sure it is still water resistant which is something you cannot do without a machine.
