ヤワラート（中華街）は　昔から　ずーっと
スタイルを変えずに　いい味を出してる街です
確かに　新しく　小奇麗なショップが増えてますが
相変わらず　ごちゃごちゃで　人々は　エネルギッシュです
あの漢方薬局や食堂の前を通る時に　漂ってくる八角や
五香粉（ウーシャンフェン）の匂いも　いいアクセントで
雰囲気を盛り立てています

Yaowarat (Chinatown) has been a town with a good atmosphere since long ago
without changing its style.
It's true that new and neat shops are increasing,
but it's still as chaotic as ever and the people are energetic.
The smell of star anise and five-spice powder that wafts through the air
as you pass by the Chinese medicine pharmacy and restaurant
is a nice accent that adds to the atmosphere.
