Where is the landscaping and separation fences between individual houses,in my view there is a lot more work to be done before these buildings are ready to be sold.

My feelings towards the property has no bearings on what I’m hired to do. With that being said a little imagination can elevate this property to new heights. Cheap windows, living room look like a walk way, kitchen is a cube for storage, washroom look like place to store mops and bucket, and the bathroom too too small.The bedroom is a child play pen or a matches box the other bedroom not worth it just too small .
