You know ADC mains have stockholm syndrome when they assume their new buffs must be a mistake and are asking Riot to be less kind.
I appreciate your ability to call out something for being over buffed despite that buff benefiting you as a player. Some streamers still refuse to do that lmao. Makes the game healthier for everyone

Vapora! Long time, no comment! Overheal was removed, I'm afraid. They used Absorb Life as a Precision replacement for Revitalize, since Overheal was both underutilized and abused due to the many reworks of the item. Riot learned their lesson from 13.10, when MF would have Overheal, Bloodthirster, Yuumi and walked around with +/-600 bonus HP.
I've tested the changes on PBE. Generally, the "random," crits on IE feel better, since they happen more often. The damage is comparable to a Kraken Slayer Proc, while being a net neutral at one item, since the AD is so much more intense. However, at 2+ Items, the superior Crit Chance (40%

there is no more lethal tempo in the patch hes playing on.

Will Samira have a different build path to what you typically build? (Collector, IE, Immortal Shieldbow, lord dom, bloodthirster)
I imagine her build will still be similar. Something like Collector -> IE -> Lord Dominik's... Then I'm unsure. It's also possible she might want to rush Essence Reaver.

Idk why people complain when ADC is strong, thats the whole point of ADC is to be the carry, their whole name is Attack dmg carry. Like it breaks my mind on why they have an issue with it. while a tank can solo the adc while just walking on top of them if they dont kite perfectly.
people justify all sorts of shit by saying adcs are glass cannons but then don't want them to do damage. On the current patch champions like kayle and vlad outscale most adc's. I also don't understand how they can say adc is balanced and fine now and then ship out these changes as they seem like clear hard buffs. I also am a bit worried as I don't see what stops people from just playing like adc's mid and top and being even stronger because of solo xp.

@@Name-nq7tj Almost all battle mages outscale adcs hard in both burst and dps. Azir Viktor Taliyah for prime example.

Yes, current LDR is stronger than the new one in general, but the new one will do more damage to other ADCs and mages.
He's also kind of tripping about "Not primarily building it against squishies."
Almost every champ in the game has over 100 base armour at some point just by leveling up, you 100% need to build armour pen even against squishies or you're severely handicapping your damage output.
If you dont mind,make a video with smolder items (new build IF there is any) and Sivir. Sivir will be similar to jinx i guess.

bro at 9:12 why would u go noonquiver and zeal just for 15% more crit (compared to a completed item) when u could have gone runaans, had the items effects and aoe bolts and its still 50% crit
Idea for riot!
Yun Tal Wildarrows should not crit, so champions that build full crit, are forced to do it on their last item. Having that item and runaan makes you basically do free damage as poke every fight. I rushed it and did it 1st item, and bc of the base stats i still felt super strong, again bc of champions like Jinx, bc the "Big sting" procced on my Q AOE damage, so i basically poked them out in 5-6 autos by just killing caster minions first.
This adc item feels like the good old days of league

I've played like 20 games on the 14.10 patch now, and i actually think its "balanced". The ADC has always been the main target in teamfights, even if its super weak/behind. Now with the new items/buffs/reworks ADCs truly become glass canons even when "behind". With the new XP though i feel like we need a tiny nerf on some items. Builds are really expensive which makes it balanced, but as you showed perfectly in this game, when a champion like Jinx gets fed, she can have 15 kills and only 1K on PTA, in other words you kill them together with team before you even hit them 3 times. That can be the real problem. But ey, we will only really see the actual power of the new ADC role when its release on live servers

Wildarrows will most definitely be nerfed, since it can be built in combination with LDR. Having that bleed with those base AD stats are broken in combination with 40% armor pen. Just finished a game with everyone on fullbuilld, i still killed their frontline with 11 autos, and in my opinion that is a bit to strong. Say 15+ and im still going to be very happy with my damage. Enemy had a sion with 10k HP, wildarrows ended up doing 1.5k bleed. That in combination with 40% armor pen and 430 AD 100% crit, yeah heh a bit to strong

I don’t see adc being overbuffed. He is 12/2 and dies to jarvan within 2 seconds. Imagine mage assassin or bruiser mid/top being this fed. They would be unstoppable.
They have to lower the base stats of components like they did with all of other components
