If you were thinking of something more in the consumer market, there seems to be a gap between the small capacity (Lyman cyclone, Hornady, Frankfort) tumblers, and the several thousand dollar commercial machines. If you made something in a 4 gallon machine that was under say $350, there might be a market.
Price is extremely high considering the alternatives. Just the price of the containers tend to be higher than most brass tumblers.
