Great video man I'm definitely gonna try the Greek yogurt one
Thank you man! And hell yeah that is such a good go to
Haha my gosh, what are the odds! I had some turkey lunch meat and goat cheese for lunch today, just a whole little pack of turkey lunch meat where the packet contained 33g protein like yours! And then I see this video in my feed this evening, and it's my first time seeing your channel at all!
With tuna, I'd mix in spicy kimchi - ton of flavor, not a lot of calories (but high sodium). For cottage cheese, my partner and I batch cooked and froze chili recently (ground turkey, so lean chili) and I mix leftover chili with cottage cheese to make a cheesy chili; in general, you can throw some cottage cheese in anything wet that you intend to heat up, because it melts fairly well. For cereal, (I was big on raising bran), I used to put unflavored whey protein concentrate on my cereal before I poured my milk, but I'm not big on cereal anymore for satiety reasons. I eat greek yogurt mixed with a bit of sugar free drink mix powder, so then greek yogurt tastes more like a gogurt or other processed unhealthy yogurt.
Going to give those a try, thank you!!
balsamic vinegar and cottage cheese?! YUP
INSANE COMBO! Also don't be afraid to do a little cottage cheese + marinara combo for a pizza dip / spread
