Bane and Kingpin are not a copy of each other. They have no similarities.
Edit: Crossbones and Bane however- do have similarities.
Edit 2: the character that has similarities with Inferno is Deathstorm.

Though, comparing them, I could see my Black Shadow as a combination of Black Canary and Black Widow. She works for M.E.T.A. which is a government organization similar to Widow's S.H.I.E.L.D. and she wears Canary's fishnets as her superhero costume. And they are three of a few superheroes with Black in their codenames who aren't African. They are blonde. Widow not so much, but she dyed her hair blonde in Infinity War, and it was her actress Scarlet Johanssen's natural color. However, Shadow never dated an archer. Her husband was a man who could generate force fields like the Invisible Woman.

I was thinking the same thing. It feels disrespectful to pair Wonder Woman with Jane Foster. Jane is just a female Thor, while Sif resembles Xena as much as Diana.
Either her or Zarda aka Power Princess, since she like Hyperion is a more direct version of Wonder Woman, mainly Squadron Supreme is Marvel's Knockoff Justice League

They are both started out as sidekicks to another superhero, Captain America and Batman respectively; they both changed their superhero named once they've got older, to Winter Soldier and Nightwing also respectively..... and in certain continuities the replaced their respective mentors, becoming the new Captain America and new Batman, respectively again.

the DC captain marvel was created by another company called fawcett comics much time before marvel comics exists
DC have own the rights of captain marvel due a trail when fawcett lose, because his suposely was a copy of superman

marvel was created in the 60s, before it they were called atlas comics and publish horror and sci fi stories instead of super heroes
