Do you have trouble with these 6 hands? Also, here are the 6 bad plays you will NEVER see a good poker player make: ua-cam.com/video/uy_3L7tHg0s/v-deo.html
I would add AQ to this list, I swear I´ve lost so many huge hands to AK or smaller pocket pairs. Here in Mexico we call it "la pierde ranchos" (the hand that loses the ranch) because it´s often destroyed in big pots.
Shouldn't lose that much to AK unless you're dumb enough to keep shoving with AQ. If you're losing that much to kicker problems, you're playing top pair waaay too aggressively in the first place.
can you explain to me, at13:50 in hand Jack pocket pair on the table 9s 9h 6d You're talking about 2 outs. I calculate 3 outs in turn and river namely chance 4 of a kind and full house. Do you calculate the outs per draw? Thanks Nathan
I have played roughly 100 friendly tables, and JJs have won HUGE for me. I'm not winning every pot I enter with JJ, but when I lose, I lose small, when I win, I win BIG. JJs is my favorite hand, outside of the mathematical favorites of course.
The problem i am having is decoding weather to FOLD Same suited card with a A,K,Q and a low card such as 3,4, etc. USUAlly i fold, but i see opportunities for flushes. Flushes may be won with low cards.
I am seeing some mistakes I am making. And some I control. I usually always drop low pairs if I am not in position. Today I lost a JJ against and A and a river A. I normally don't keep lone high cards, or low same suit. I fold a lot. I mostly keep with and A K,Q,J, and sometimes 10. I don't play any low pairs. Usually 8 and up. I am going to study this a few times. I have been raising much more preflop. I am making more chips that way. Sometimes I am too cautious...good bluffers still get me but also I bust many of these now! 😂
I’m headed up to a casino now. I’ve been watching your videos. My main problem is I play too many hands. I’m talking 80%. Cause I hate folding say 47 and then the flop has 56 or two 4s or something. So i basically call preflop then fold post flop all day. I win when I hit the flop but after a few hours of $5 or $10 call/folds I bleed out all my chips
Hey Nathan. On the JTs hand, you shared that you'd have 21 outs with the flop. Do you believe in the "Too many outs" syndrome a lot of the online pros believe in? Scott Seiver, in particular, has talked about this often...

Should you show good hand or a bluff lol
I agree, Nathan. Too many poker players over-value top pair, two-pair, and even sets.

La pierde Ranchos is going in my hand name repertoire. Kinda like AK is Anna Kournikova, looks gorgeous, but doesn't win as much as you think it does.
I couldn’t agree with you more
I get burned with ace queen and ace king constantly
I agree. I got slammed today in prominence poker playing AQ and got beat by A4 two pair

At Harrahs in Cherokee NC a pair of fours is called the Cherokee Nuts
Very good. Sensible rules (and approach to hand analysis).
I struggle playing A-6,7,8 and 9 suited.
Especially when you hit middle pair with the 6789.
I find A-2,3,4, and 5 suited easier to play.
I try and slow pay those hands. I often on a competitive table fold these before preflop.
can you explain to me, at13:50

Do you calculate the outs per draw?
Thanks Nathan
This is really helpful! I always struggle with JJ, but played last week an turned quads against a player who was trying to bluff repping a jack!!
I’ve won some of my best pots with Pocket J’s , I get nervous when I see them lol because I’ve also lost some big pots with them

44 I went alli n. lost and went home. This Sunday.
Great video. Thanks
Thanks Adan!

This is why you need to learn to calculate pot odds, implied odds, and the probability of drawing a flush.

Wow knowledge comes 1st😍🤔💯💪
While watching I noticed that J10 is a hand that also beats A7, but as you mentioned a tight player might not rep J10🤔
12:33 If they flat call the 3-bet is unlikely they have AA,KK,QQ tho

You're a fish
Knock out another 20percent for a short while watch the difference it will become very easy to see.
Discipline! Cultivate discipline!

Cards come down, the probability of what those cards will be has nothing to do with scott seiver and his annoying, drolling voice.
@@jamesberardino5420 I agree. How can too many outs be an issue? Superstition...
What is a "bluff catcher"?
A hand that’s just good enough to call with and ruin your opponent’s bluff.
Most losing hand for me is odors The Big Slick👎
Thanks man
No problem
I call a pair of 4s a couple of sailboats
Hey, what's going on everyone. I'm another of 500,000,000 poker "pros" you should listen to.
What have you won???
There are 3 ways you can play poker Jack's

If you're folding to a raise on that first board why are you playing poker lmfao
He explained pretty damn well why you’re folding to a raise on that first board bruv.
you dont cover the Real world players, who shove with any ace any pair
Let them play and lose more often…. just play the way he says to play, luck is apart of the game so don’t worry about those who play that way
This video was good and informative, usually I'm not impressed....pocket 4's though your all over place with 🫣😂
