Hi yes that’s one of the issues we are facing in Windows 10 , but please just try to enable SMB 1.0 same as in the video, one more thing disable the firewall in the windows. Give a try and please let me know

ROGER IBRIKJI hi Roger well sometimes it’s expected , in windows did you enable the SMB 1.0/ file sharing support ? And are you able to ping the printer from the computer to be sure you can access it ? Please keep comments here so we can help each other . Waiting your kind response

rawMinimal hello there is 2 user Id’s one for the computer ( station ) with admin privileges, this will be used in the printer website to allow access to shared folder in the computer . The other user ID in the printer website it self ( for name the display of the destination).
