I six months old into the recruiting world and if i could get a senior to hold my hand, i would be so glad. Six months with applicants but no roles to place them, most available partners are scammers in a way.
What I would like you to share is how to get companies to allow you to help fill open positions. I am aware of some open positions but how do you persuade the companies to allow you to bring someone to the table? Some companies simply do not use outside recruiters even though the recruiters in house are not getting the positions filled. How does on get on the inside? Hoping you will share.
I am working for an agency and also have my own agency that just started on the side with a business partner a few weeks ago...I am trying to figuure out how to juggle both and to work to get clients for my own business and time management is really difficult to figure to juggle both.
