GREAT and very informative video. I just bought 2 cucumbers from the Amish yesterday. And zucchini. Maybe I can ferment zucchini with the same ingredients.
I pickled cucumber spears once. Ended up with a pretty good salad dressing for lettuce. ha! How's your house Solar system working? Lots of giggling? It's fun. Different.

Gives me the giggles, when power goes out. I use it with inverter these 52 " TV's use like 700 watts! ha Just fun.
