The apps are computers programmed to make predictions. You can not rely on those predictions. It is also important for you to take some time to study your cycle, at least 2-3 months before trying these methods. That way you have better knowledge of your body and fertility. Hi, Just came here to say big thanks to you and it did really worked out for us and we are having baby boy. Just adding the points below to help others in the same journey. 1. We figured out that my LH reading was good in 2nd urine instead of 1st urine in the morning. 2. PreMom app, Easy@Home LH test strips are a must. ClearBlue Digital ovulation test is optional if you can afford. What we observed is, if Easy@Home LH test strip shows high in premom app means it will definitely show static smile in digital ovulation test. 3. Had static smiley in ClearBlue Digital ovulation test and high reading in Easy@Home LH test strip at around 1 PM on April 1st. 4. Continued testing in Easy@Home for every 8 hours and found peak at around 4:30 PM on April 2nd. 5. Did the baby dance at around 11 PM on April 2nd (which is almost around 36 hours after static smiley in digital test), and morning and night on April 3rd. We were making sure to add potassium rich foods in our diet like Walnuts, raisins, almonds, dry apricots, avocados, broccoli, sweet potatoes and etc.. Drink alkaline water in peak 2 or 3 days. Both Eat dark chocolate or drink coffee around 30 minutes before baby dance. Try positions which provides deep penetrations (google for positions :) ) I don't think women orgasm before man is required. Don't predict gender by heart beat or Placenta position, both were wrong in my case.
NOTE: Again its a trial and error method and nothing wrong in trying.

It’s definitely trial and error. I started testing this month for the first time and was completely shocked that I ovulated 2 days prior to when my period app told me I would. I know now for next month to start testing multiple times per day when I’m in my fertile week since I don’t ovulate when I thought I did.

No because many have ingredients that hindrr sperm. Look for lubricants that specifically said it does not hinder sperm. One brand I heard about is preseed.
I had a CM at 5wks in June. TTC 5 months with negative results. I track ovulation, i have regular cycles, i do everything right during fertility window. I take all my prenatal supplements. This is my 6th month and praying. I use to get pregnant withtin the month with both my children. Since the miscarriage something must have happened to my uterus maybe. I continue my journey and pray this is the month, its stressful tiring 🙏🏽

This is confusing information. To my understanding, you need to have sex before ovulating so sperm are there when the egg is dropped and then the egg is only viable for 12-24 hours after ovulating. I was also advised to have sex on even cycle days to aim for a boy and to only have sex every other day. This is our first time trying and it all is quite overwhelming and so much pressure.

OMG FEMALE chromosomes are XX and males chromosomes are XY. To get a baby boy XY, one X comes from you and Y comes from your husband. So gender totally depends on sperm chromosome. It's not dependent on months or days 😂

Of course you can drink water. Just don’t over do it. The test will still be able to pick you your LH
