I’m 12 pretty young and I get a lot of panic attacks and have a lot of anxiety during school when I have to talk to people. Your not alone we’ll get through this together! It’s super hard to have the right mindset and trust me I know but you just gotta keep telling yourself everything is going to be okay and to trust the process. Meditating helps me a lot when I start getting anxious so if you haven’t tried that I recommend :)
so i bring my own food everyday and i am sick of bread and sandwiches so i have a lot of ideas. 1) rice with peas, you can also add a bell pepper but i just keep it that simple 2) wraps, just heat a tortilla in the oven and add your topping. I like to put onions, corn, beans, pepper and tomatoes. As sauce i use yoghurt and then the beans mixture, sometimes i also add a few salad leaves and just roll it up, it might need some practise. If the rolling is too difficult you can use tin foil or wax paper. 3) rice noodles with tofu, broccoli and soy sauce, i cook the noodles and put everything in my wok but you can also use a pan. 4) fried tofu, feta cheese chickpeas, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and any other vegetable you like and green salad. Its important to put the dressing at the bottom, then add the fried tofu, the chickpeas, the vegetables etc and at the end the salad. That way it doesn’t get soggy when you eat it. When you want to eat it just flip the container upside down or give it a good shake for the dressing to cover all. If thats not enough for you, you can also add noodles 5) Just noodles or gnocchi with tomato sauce (or the gigi hadit sauce) and parmesan cheese 6) summer rolls. I like to fill mine with rice noodles, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, carrots, and avocado. As a dressing I put a little bit of soy sauce inside. 7) polenta. Make a polenta paste, spread it out on a sheet of baking paper and wait for it to get cold. Then but it in the oven and top it with vegetables ( I like to put pepper, tomatoes, fennel and onion and zucchini in a pan) top it with feta cheese. 8) ravioli fried in the pan with tomatoes and onions (takes max 7 Minutes) 9) just leftovers from yesterdays dinner, potatoes, lasagne, anything 10) feta cheese in the oven with zucchini, tomatoes, onion, garlic, a lot of olive oil and spices(herbs). Bake until the vegetables are like golden brown or so. Eat with bread if you want to 11) Curry with rice and self-made tortillas ( water, flour and a little bit of olive oil. The dough has to be really soft but not sticky. Make little balls, flatten them out and fry in a pan with olive oil for about 30 seconds each side. The pan has to be really hot) or you can just eat bread or just leave it out Thats it, I dont have more ideas atm, I hope I could help you or anyone who reads this :)

you can also use plastic bags and then wash them :)) most people dont realize that plastic bags can be reusable!! (obviously you have to throw them out eventually but you can wash them and reuse them many many times)
Marla you should maybe get yourself some Stasher bags (reusable ziplock bags) or a cute Bento Box for your packed lunch so you don't need to use ziplock bags everyday!
I miss physically going to cosmetology class :( I still do it online but having friends there to be on the journey with is the funnest and best way to learn

It’s super delicious.) • my go to sandwich 🥪 is either Turkey, Colby Jack, sweet pickles, mayonnaise, spicy mustard OR ham, Havarti, regular mustard, and mayonnaise. • I also make my own tortillas. 🥣You mix a cup of Greek yogurt and about a cup of flour with baking soda and 🧂 salt. You can add chipotle powder, garlic powder and onion powder for flavor. Just roll it out and fry it in a pan. Are usually just as scrambled eggs, 🍳but you can make quesadillas or a wrap. • A trick that I have learned for myself is, pack a bunch of little random things. That way I feel like I have eaten a lot more than I have. For example if I packed two sandwiches I would eat them and still be hungry, but the little different packages of food, have flavor changes and texture changes and it sometimes makes me feel like I’ve eaten a lot more. • muffins! 🧁🧁🧁I absolutely love muffins. I love to make them. Here are some of my favorite flavor combos: raspberry white chocolate chip, orange 🍊 blueberry, pecan cinnamon with a streusel topping, banana chocolate chip, pumpkin 🎃 spice with a streusel on top. Just find any basic muffin recipe and add the extra flavors and ingredients to go along with them. • I saw that you packed a water and that is nice, sometimes I pack a powder packet to flavor the water for an extra treat. Or you could do orange juice or a different type juice just to spice it up. • I do not know if you have seen those bento boxes. They are a container that is divided into three or four different sections that you can fill for your lunch. They are a lot of fun to play with, adding different foods and trying to fill up the sections until you have enough food. Ilysm! 🥰 hope this helps or sparks ideas😊

There’s this spinach salad that I love. It has grilled chicken, (glazed/sliced) almonds, strawberries, goat cheese, and raspberry dressing. It’s really good and like healthy (ish) I think. Good luck with everything!

I’m a huge salad fan. There’s so many diff things you can add to make it not get boring. Buy a bento box that way you can put your lettuce/spinach in the bottom and other ingredients and dressing in the top compartment. Life hack: if you put a paper towel in with your salad- it doesn’t get soggy 👍🏽

An amazing snack that I make all the time thats so simple is just pillsberry crescent roll dough rolled up and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning all over/in it! ITS SO BOMB!

Tbh if you cook strawberries with butter in a pan for like 3 minutes its really good. You can also put sugar on it and is is very good

There’s this spinach salad that I love. It has grilled chicken, (glazed/sliced) almonds, strawberries, goat cheese, and raspberry dressing. It’s really good and like healthy (ish) I think. Good luck with everything!

I’m a huge salad fan. There’s so many diff things you can add to make it not get boring. Buy a bento box that way you can put your lettuce/spinach in the bottom and other ingredients and dressing in the top compartment. Life hack: if you put a paper towel in with your salad- it doesn’t get soggy 👍🏽
