Jordan, I love your music but what I admire the most is your drive for innovation in the music business. People who share their ideas and help others are the people we need in this world. If I will ever have the funds to purchase an iPad and your apps I will definitely do so, because I know I get quality software and my spent money will be invested in future releases. I wish you a happy new year from Germany and I can't wait to see you this year with DT. Keep up your awesome and inspiring work!
I looked into this in '17, not a fruit fan. Android devices couldn't have fast audio because of the copied OS lawsuit with the orchard back when they started. Seeing a Microsoft tablet for sale in the 'list made me think of searching now for "geoshred" and this alternative pops up before I could add w... what a delightful rabbit hole to go down. I was thinking of buying a Linn controller.
Hi Jordan, This is a very nice series of insights into geoshred. The thing I was wondering, is which stand you're using for both the iPad (pro?) and the Roli Rise?
Gave this a try and really like it, a few Questions: Can I use this as an expressive midi controller for my VST/AU plugins? Would be nice if even only for mono sounds. Don't know if the midi format supports per not expressions but it feels like it might be time to update that :)
hi, very interesting. What about quarter/micro tones, and what about bending notes to variable amounts, and what about glisses ending up at a note that is not diatonic pitch rounded? In other words, can it also work as a ribbon controller, but as if it has multiple ribbons?
Jordan, does the GeoShred have traditional keyboard sounds as well? Rhodes? DX-7 style electric keyboard? Acoustic piano? B3 organ? Or mostly guitar and quasi guitar type leads? The program looks AMAZING, but I was curious about it before I purchase.. Thanx!
Jordan do you know the work of SERGIO ASCHERO ? Check him out He establish a color system for the note that is very easy to read. Do U think that instead of the name of the notes you can see the colors ? Thanks
Is this program midi controllable? I have a midi foot controller I use to play synth with my feet while playing another instrument with my hands. I've been considering getting an Ipad so that I can plug my controller into that instead of my unreliable 10 year old laptop. If GeoShred is midi controllable, it could be the perfect program for me so that I can seamlessly play it with my feet or with my hands. Otherwise I'd have to switch between garage band and this on stage which probably wouldn't work quickly enough.
Hi Jordan, I have no knowledge of playing any musical instrument. Will I be able to learn GeoShred or do i need prior musical knowledge of playing at least keyboard or guitar? Appreciate your time and response.
Jordan, great intro to Geoshred, looks to be a very interesting control surface with some great sounds. I have a couple of questions: 1. Can this be used as a midi controller to control other devices. 2. What would be great would be to had a keytar like instrument to hold with the iPad mounted in the middle? Have you considered this, and if so how easy would it be to play from that kind of angle?
What I'd like to do is save up for a keytar called the Korg RK 100S. From what I hear, it can be really good midi controller. I just wonder if Jordan's apps are capable of running through the keytar. it'd be awesome if they were.
Hello, is there anything like GeoOrchestra? If no, It should be something to look into developing please. That, my friend will be a game changer. Great Job done!

Yeah, why bother buy a guitar for example when whit a touch of some buttons you can emulate it? Blah.. Please make the app for Android users, please... :)
As president of wizdom music could you please instruct your people to react on emails when a program does not work as expected. Your company has really bad customer support! Not Geoshred it's super but your other apps like your sampler, samplewiz which don't work good with newest ios 11.x and is not maintained anymore. So before advertising new stuff maintain your old. A sad customer. Geoshred customer service is a lot better Jordan, please update your companies service to that level.
Wonderful! Just purchased the “pro” version. Already played a favourite songs guitar solo! Bravo!

It's worth it man. I've got all his apps and when I put them together with my keyboard setup, it works like a charm.

Oh, thanks!
please make geoshred for android users please
vansh gupta Yeah, and they could earn more money as well from Android users.
Everyone knows you ‘droiders just pirate stuff. Plus virtually no ‘droid device could do this because of latency and screen refresh speed.
I wish I had an iPad
Love Jordan, but he looks a bit like Stephen Hawking in this video. :-)
Show us some ozzyon this crapp!
Shut up and take my money
