I had a huge 4 feet by 3 feet poster of STETSASONIC on my wall back in the 80's. Living next to Canarsie's Breuklen projects(pronounced brook-line), back in '86 & '87 STETSASONIC would perform live in Breuklen's community room. The Gods and Earths would organize a birth anniversary celebration for the Father Allah (Bro Clarence 13X). We were blessed. Those were some dope memories.
It's ABOUT TIME!!! GO STETSA ... GO STETSA .... & I don't do clubs anymore, but let me hear the drum roll, I'm still JUMPING... hard! SALUTE LEGENDS 🙌🏽🥃🗽
Oooh!! Stetsasonic!! Brings me back! I used to watch “Talking all that jazz” on video music box! Them in their white suits. Daddy O, Bobby Simmons. I remember when Bobby had his own video show.
Salute to STETSASONIC 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I absolutely love these interviews with the legends! It is so refreshing to see adults who can articulate themselves beautifully🙏🙏
Salute to the pioneers of hip-hop, laying down beats that echo through generations, lyrics that paint vivid pictures, and a culture that unites souls. Your rhythm sparked revolutions, your words gave voice to the unheard, and your spirit continues to inspire. Thank you for paving the way and keeping the essence alive.
Salute to Sway and Team. RIP Mr CEE

Man, I grew up watching Bobby Simmons on his video show!!!!
Legendary !! I ran with Dj crews in LA-CA back in the 80s and this was every day. Salute !!
im from oakland and I remember going to the tunnel back in 1991 from the new music seminar and I remember the dude pointing at you to let you in and I got in and went downstairs and the first person I see at the foot of the stairs was a drunk MC Search I dapped him up and on the mike rapping was Lakim Shabazz which I was a big fan of at the time him and the 45 king I wish we would've had cell phones back then because those were memories plus you really couldn't get in the tunnel unless you had that new music seminar badge around your neck
To have bought 'On Fire' when it dropped, trained underneath that album, (and the other greats of the time), and never did stop rocking them and their continuous projects, an to now be HERE watching THIS... "Huh? Naw, that's just something in my eye. I'm not crying!"
1986 was my born year great year in so many ways. Shout out to all the 86 1986 babies.
"Here We Go Again" was one of the most positive surprises of the year!
