I think we all remember the iconic LA Riot Korean Business Owners on top of their stores and outside while they openly carried firearms. The recent burglary attempt on a jewelry store was thwarted when the store owners brandished their firearms. Business owners need to protect themselves and their customers. Steps to obtain a firearm here in CA: Go to a gun store. Ask to take the Firearms Safety Certificate Test. Score at least 23/30. Purchase a handgun.

Then there is the lack of justice for those who are caught with many getting probation or minimum jail time.
