Parents of American Hostage Omer Neutra Share Their Son's Story and Fight for His Return

Ronen and Orna Neutra-the parents of American-Israeli hostage Omer, who has been held by Hamas terrorists since October 7-share the story of their son’s life, including his passion for Israel, service in the Israel Defense Forces, as well as the frantic moments of the October 7 attack and their efforts to bring him home.
Since October 7, American Jewish Committee (AJC) has brought hostage family delegations to Washington, D.C., Houston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boston, Paris, Brussels, and more cities around the world. AJC professionals and leaders have tried to put themselves in the shoes of family members experiencing unbearable pain to tell their stories and spur action in the hopes of helping to bring their loved ones home.
