Thank you for that feedback! We enjoy making these videos and sharing this side to the process as it's a very intentional part to the instrument making process for us.
Film has always been an inspiration for me when it comes to creating and or imitating ,he visual and sound are one in our own ways of story! Thank you for Anamorph!
Man, these muse videos are such a cool idea. Your influences (wonderful ones, at that -- god I love Mirror!) really come through in the sounds, and it's great to get a peek behind into the true artistry that goes on in the creation of these libraries. And, from what I've seen in the walkthrough vid, Anamorph sounds *fantastic.* Looking forward to getting it soon! Thanks for sharing.
So glad it resonates. We try to be as intentional as we can but also not overthink things either. Always a balance! Appreciate you watching. Look forward to hearing what you think of Anamorph when the time comes, it will be here! 🙏
That sounds super interesting! Synecdoche New York is one of my all time favorite movies! Mirror also looks like something I would love, thanks for the recommendation. David Lynch is great too, I feel like I need to watch Inland Empire again now. Can't wait to find out more about this instrument!
Love everything about this. I’m a big fan of your plugins, and also a big fan of Lynch and Synechdoche, NY!! Thanks for sharing your passion for film with us.
I was already gonna get my hands on this thing anyway, but when I found out that it was partly inspired by the work of my man David Lynch I became all the more excited to try this beast out.
Synecdoche, NY is easily one of the most disturbing films I've ever seen, on so many levels. I watched it at 18 years old and I couldn't shake it for about 2 weeks. The subject matter, the filmmaking, the plot, everything, is so chaotic. You're stressed out watching and trying to make sense of it. And everything in the film is true chaos as well, the entire universe is out of control, and yet it's as if everything is working together on a collision course to destroy the guy. The only thing he has any semblance of control over is his one piece of art, and in the end even that turns against him, deleting him from existence.
Releasing these before the instrument announcement is such a great move. It makes the announcement feel like an album rollout. So pumped.
