The gate to the Temple looks so old, doesn't it? Actually there appears to be several gates, that must be quite unique in itself. The one thing that always impresses me about Japan is how beautiful their gardens look, they take so much care and attention in keeping them perfect, a real dedication. One thing that seems to be missing at this Temple is Japanese schoolchildren and their survey's 😂 Oh my goodness, 8:22 that is one of the biggest Koi Fish that I have seen, it is huge!! I very much enjoyed visiting shrines in Japan and it is so mice to see one again, I am going to guess that it has quite a long history.
For travelers in Fukuoka, it would be great to visit the Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine and experience Japan's unique shrine culture.The garden inside the shrine was very beautiful and the koi fish in the pond were really big. There are shops selling pretty souvenirs and food, and there are so many things to see, so I enjoyed looking around.😃
