This motif is directly from 'Nighmare Knight' a old Toby song for a character with the same name for a scrapped comic, the motif also appears in 'The Chase' possibly 'The Legend' and also in 'The World Revolving'.
The name and the song it appears in are also very Intresting, Knight is the literal antagonist of the game and they are responsible for making Dark Fountains whitch is what the Closet in 'The Door' song is immiting from the room, 'The Chase' is kinda weird but could be bc The Knight is the reason we're being chased in the first place (tho i kinda also associate this song with Kris for some reason and i belive in KrisKnight as well, but either if it's related to Kris it makes sense either way since they're a literally a knight either way even if not THE KNIGHT), 'The Legend' is kinda obvious since The Knight is the one who causes it to happen, and 'The World Revolving' is probably due to Jevil talking abt The Knight if we beat him violently!
