I don't even heat up the Kimchi. I like the hot and cold mix at the same time. Shredded nori is a nice addition.
I like it cold too! To me, they are two different dishes.
I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow! This looks amazing. I always buy kimchi but don't know what to do with it except eat it on the side, cooking it is so obvious I'm annoyed at myself for never trying it.
It could be an acquired taste, but if you like kimchi already then you'll most likely love it! Thank you and hope you'll enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Oh and if you feel adventurous, kimchi fried rice and kimchi pancakes are must try dishes too.

I highly recommend adding a dollop of yogurt with dill, minced garlic, cumin powder salt and pepper mixed in

You're right, heat kills probiotics, but you still get the amazing flavor and some vitamins & fiber!
