I can honestly never understand anyone complaining about the PS5 having "no games". Or any other console for that matter... there is just soooo much great stuff to play, and so little time, my backlog grows ever larger...
I know its crazy when people say there are no games, problem is time. I started a log, add games to the list, as i finish a game, i cross it off and move onto the next one - great system i have going!!!
It’s good to have Bungie integrated into projects from the off as this will help with development from the start of the games rather than making decisions and liaising part way through this saving time and dev costs.
I completely agree - if they are hell bent on going forward with Live Service games, then do it properly and let the experts integrate across the teams and studios making liveservice games from the ground up.
Hope the God of War show is good, they have a good creator now leading the project. Don’t really care about bungie and live service so long as they don’t interfere with single player game delivery.
74 games as of a couple of days ago with more added today, i posted a list of the 74 games that were confirmed Pro Enhanced, some great games, and of course, more games are being added with the new games committed to being Pro Enhanced from day one, really promising that there are so many games ready to go from day one.

@@echos9396 what i think is in the future consoles will have to become more like pc's to keep up with the graphically demanding games that are coming out... or they will have to work more on the ai upscaling tech etc for games to run smoothly because games are getting really demanding.
I think there is a discussion here about "what does next gen mean"? "what is the next console going to have"? "how do consoles improve/in what area"? Personally i think the ability to have real time AI and ML baked into the systems, fluid raytracing at 60FPS, that is the future. Consoles will be built more like PCs however at mass market/volume prices. The PS5 Pro really is the sweet spot at the moment, the only console able to deliver raytracing with AI and ML to upscale images at 4k quality (from lower internal resolutions) and still capable of 60FPS. The next generation of consoles discussion is a fascinating one.
That is so true, i know the Rainbow 6 fans are passionate about that game, it could be so much bigger than what it is right now, i just haven't heard anything about that game for literally years from Ubisoft.
Really excited to play Stellar Blade on the Pro. Unfortunately I‘ll have to wait another two months for my Japanese copy to arrive. The time on the Pro will be bridged playing FF7 Rebirth and Armored Core on Quality Mode (unlocked framerates should be between 48fps and 60fps, making it perfect with VRR)

It was naughty dog who decided - bungie consulted with ND and Sony and have their view (based on Destiny & Liverservice experience) and basically said you need x amount of devs making content for the next 10 yrs to make it successful, ND though about it and said nah, we not doing that.

Not sure - the article didn’t mention anything about the base ps5 model, the update/patch for PS5 Pro enables the higher frame rates mode if your monitor/tv supports it
On quality mode it will be largely native/true 4k with raytracing and 30-40 fps depending on how demanding the game is. On performance it will look like 4k and 60 fps, some ray tracing elements. The reason why i say it will look like 4k is because the internal resolution will be 1440p, which the ps5 pro will then upscale using machine learning and AI, PSSR to output 4k, you won’t be able to tell the difference between this PSSR 4k and native 4k. This will allow you to play in stunning visuals whilst giving you 60 fps, with some elements of raytracing but not as much as the 30fps native 4k ray tracing quality mode.
The C3 is a wonderful, i have the C2 and love it, I plan on upgrading at some point next yr to a C3 as i want a bigger tv but that game is going to pop on the C3. The AC collectors edition just went down like a lead balloon, its almost half the price of the ps5 pro!
It's one of their latest models - C1 is the oldest of the 3 (still great tv), C2 came out a few years ago which i picked up and the latest one is C3, all 3 are top quality tvs, just depends on the features you want. The C3 has some newer features and will offer better picture quality, higher/wider range of colour pallets etc I always find that the newer tvs are particularly good for gaming, in terms of VRR, Hz, game modes etc.
To be fair though not everybody is interested in Silent Hill 2, just because only 22% of sales are on PC does not mean that PC players don’t play games, I have over 100 games on my PC and playing Diablo 4 on it, and on my PS5 hogwarts, and on my Series X RDR2.
That's a fair point, but the report also referred to Final Fantasy which totally bombed on PC, which is a shame as i thought with the PC power that game would have done really well on PC.
@@Luke973T Why do people assume that if you play games on a PC you have pirated software mine are all legit as I have steam, I’ve been playing Pc games via steam for 15 years which does mean that you do build up quite a collection. However I have more PlayStation and Xbox games than my PC has.
I cancelled my preorder cause I think is not a very noticeable upgrade for the amount of money!!! I’m fine with my base PS5 for now!!! Maybe when I really see how it performs, then I probably buy it…

There are a lot of games for the PS5. I i don't know what problems some people have, for example there aren't even any big exclusive titles for the Pc, just indie games from Steam, but no one criticizes it. Only Sony is bad others are perfect 🤦🏻♂️🙄
Yeah great point - PlayStation knocking it out the park with continuous stream of games, big quality games too over the past decade and yet some people just haven't got a clue.

over 60 games improved for the Ps5 Pro even before the release i think that is very promising.
74 games as of a couple of days ago with more added today, i posted a list of the 74 games that were confirmed Pro Enhanced, some great games, and of course, more games are being added with the new games committed to being Pro Enhanced from day one, really promising that there are so many games ready to go from day one.

In relation to Ubisoft, I'm most worried about Rainbow Six Siege. It doesn't get mentioned much, but it's continuing fanbase is astonishing.

i work 4 10hr shifts so i get 3 days off nov 7 falls on a thursday im gonna call off and go pik up my ps5 pro and go on a 4 day gaming spree lol
