    Hi,
Dr Naveen Garg. I appreciate your excellent lecture. The good thing about these nptel lectures is that the students ALL OVER THE WORLD can watch this and gain knowledge. However, some students are too excited about exhibiting their expertise which is causing distraction which in turn making you speak in native language. Sir, I am not complaining and I am mentioning this because I am seeing many students all over the world loving your lecture. Thanks a lot from USA.

The great thing about this lecture and professor is that he isn't bound by the English language. It's also our language and organisation, and we have the right to speak in our native tongue. It's not that the professor couldn't give this lecture in English or that I wouldn't understand it, but the truth is that Hindi is the most powerful way to deliver a lecture in India. This is how we are taught in schools, how we express our thoughts, and how the professor had learned.
Sir, you have done an excellent job. I'm also from IIT Delhi and a codeforces top performer.

Thank you very much Dr. Naveen Garg for your excellent lectures on data structures. I am considering you my Guru, just like Eklavya considered Dronacharya as his Guru! Though I won't give you my right thumb! :)
I did not have the good fortune of studying beyond F.Y.B.Sc., but I have taught myself to program on C, C++, Java, Perl, Python and C#. Gurus like you are helping to refine my programming skills, thank you again sir!

I think its a good explanation. since I understand )hindi different language) it was a kind of supplement to comprehend.. by the this was more complicated then what my proffesor explained in class.. however I got the intuition how to do these kinds of prob..

if you want to contact Dr Naveen Garg, you would need to go to the department of CSE sub-domain in IIT Delhi website and look him up there. I am certain that he would not be looking at the UA-cam comments. That is because, the organization that has uploaded this video is no way connected to Dr Garg, besides the fact that he has created this lecture series. He would probably get a satistical feedback at the most. But he would never get the comments, for sure. All the best on your research. :)

    Hi,
Dr Naveen Garg, my friendly suggestion to all offline students of this class is that if any one wants to talk, they can simply raise their hand and talk. These students are making a mess of the class.By the way, I am from USA and currently I am doing research on search algorithms. I think I may call you if I have any questions regarding my research and hopefully you may help me. I thank you once again and I thank the organizers of this lecture programme. Plz think abt my friendly suggestion.

It's unfortunately a cultural issue in India, where nobody cares about an effective form of communication allowing every participant a fair chance to express their opinion in a civil manner. It's extremely pervasive in the Indian society at large, and is not limited to a class setting.

If u can avoid hindi in your lectures, it would help students from south India(like me)

Go and have fun dude. I am sure you are not the professor. You don't need to reach that much and I am giving suggestion not to you but to him. Back off and grow up and follow the lectures.
