My entry for the Warcraftmovies.com Movie Making Contest S2! A Vanilla Mage Duel Video, featuring fights vs Warlock, Hunter, Shadow Priest, Warrior, and Rogue. The gear we are using is capped at R14 / BWL level and all engineering items are allowed. Most of the duels were recorded in one go so not all plays in the video are 100% perfect. Enjoy the video!

Reminds me old asian vids such as Curse 3 Duel or Gameking11 : I've always been a fan of this style of editing and entertainment. We can guess your influences but also your touch which makes the video really cool to watch. I knew various tracks from other vids (the last one particularily rang a bell)
Also cheers for giving us dual povs duels which is what I always been craving for when I was doing vids. (a big project with tons of friend's povs which I almost never did and resulted as opponent povs #streamsnipe - wasnt really snipe tho)
This video deserved a better outro imHo (but maybe the length was 15:00 maximum for the wcm contest ?).
if I stick to wcm concept, to me it lacks a storytelling part and it's very sad because you are really able to bring some cool stuff according to that intro.

sick video, i hope i never run into people like you in world pvp lol. question - how do you have such good quality of videos? i mean when i play it doesnt even look as clear as in your video... do you use some editing to make it appear clearer than original? or do you play in 4K or something?
I play with 1920 x 1080, all max settings in game, then I add a bit of vignette in Adobe Premiere. Can take a SS of my Graphics settings later on when I'm at home :)

the warrior did use fear, if you watch with 0.25 speed you can see the fear animation on the warrior :)

Wouldn't goblin rocket helmet basically shut down any rogue who doesn't have skull active? Like, instant win. Unless yeah, maybe long range rocket helmet and rogue has time to vanish the effect if lucky.

great vid mate ( deathwind here) tho i could have done much better vs you as warr there are betters way you can use helm 2 ways actualy one charger after iceblock deathwish >reck (ragepot ) slam >bloodthirst and one more but no as whole solution to failing to catch up with the mage

they can win vs both , but lock and sp have the upper hand

Got a cool little idea for next clip, get a macro for dueling your friend so you can Polly him for the heal, and if they are casting fear on you your friend casts reckless on you for immune 😁
do you have addon or macro to swap skull with pouch after skull use?
I have two separate keybinds for those offhands (ctrl + q & ctrl + x)

I use Trinketmenu to swap trinkets, Outfitter for itemsets, Itemrack for changing boots/helm, NECB for enemy cd, Classic Snowfall so that my abilities go off when a button has been pressed down, OmniCC for CD countdown, MoveAnything to move my frames more middle to the screen, NoGryphons to remove the gryphon graphic from UI, NiceDamage for dmg font, Archangelsk for general font, then some general addons which make life easier such as urlcopy and ctmail and Decursive ofc where I have set myself as a prio before cleaning group
so you are the best among your friends or you only uploaded videos in which you won mostly.
