I would like to know if a person who lives in apartment but uses a certain area of their apartment for their business would be able to write that off on his or her taxes?

numbers can make you and break you.it all depends on how you use them.We learned about numbers in elementary school and we use them every single day of our lives, whether it is about business or personal. You might as well learn everything you can about them, otherwise you will wind up penniless, living in the streets.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks (with the help of my Financial Advisor of course) and made about 246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded with her again and now I'm rounding up close to a million.

@Mitchell brown What is your advice for a new beginner like myself, I have been trying to practice using a demo accounts, but I am scared that I don't know enough to start trading all by myself. What to do next.

4 years ago I was living paycheck to paycheck, working 40hrs a week,
High school drop out with a GED. 489 credit score with an eviction, Repo and collections.
Got into real estate but ran into unqualified clients that didn't qualify for a mortgage because of their credit
I found this home based business in here on UA-cam and it just made sense.

I highly disagree. The guest speaker was very straight to the point in my opinion. The host was also very brief with her comments as well. I wish the presentation was a bit longer so that they could have further delve into certain specifics of bookkeeping 101.
