Just wanted to thank you for this man. I have been struggling with figuring out how to hook up turrets for the last week. I just bought a ps5 and started playing. This was amazing. I will be going through your old videos to see what else you have done.
placing a branch right next to each external turret and then passing power through it to the turret, then the branch output to a blocker to an internal turret in same direction of raid path controls which turrets turn on above the 12 turret limit. Since if a raider blows an external turret it breaks the branch which then unblocks the blocker to a desired turret rather than it being random.
A trick I have used with success is using a turret AS a sensor. Place a hidden empty turret inside your base to use it's range to detect enemies inside your base and turn on defenses. I forget the exact range but maybe triple the range of a standard heart beat sensor.
Using triangle floors and halfwalls to the side make building turbine platforms easy You should use the power loop (simple) or better yet the Nih core circuit (advanced) to make sure your battery is charged for when its really needed and get the most from your power sources
Amazing video brother...very much appreciated. May I suggest adding "Intermediate/advanced turret electrical guide" to the title? Might be better for SEO purposes
on the climbing the frames, the jumps are much easier if you jump up BEFORE placing the next layer of frames.. on turrets, the bolt, l96 and python do 80% damage in turret, the others do less, like 40%
You are all over the place mate. In the end why we watch was to see the splitter as the thumbnail and it ended up with that you cant use them if you want smart alarm and the suggestion you didnt like was actually better.
Why not use chain link fence doorways to reach auto turrets easier? They have the same effect as normal chain link fences don’t they? On top of allowing you easy access to the turret
The problem with the doorway is players can shoot through the gap in the doorway and skip one of the fences, allowing the turret to be shot down with bullets.
@@MearlyGaming assuming you structure the base in a way it’s difficult to get a view through the crack without being in turret range, either way should be good though?
sooooo if turrets use 10 power, counter 1, alarm 1, how can the active usege be 42 with 4 turrets if the branch uses 2 power?.... the branch "uses" 2 power when you place them cuz that's how much they branch out. branch= 0 power, branch=OP splitter=dog
LMFAO.... Making things way to fkin hard... Called twig stairway my friend LOL no need for the jumping bs lol just build square or triangle stairway ya need get to the top... Place down windmill and everything else, delete\shoot out bottom twig. And done!
Pleassseeeee tell meh how I"M disrespectfulll??? Im, what?? Disrespectful, just by, what,....showing the content creator and everyone else that there's better mouse trap in how to do something else two times better???? Go get a grip dude and stop riding my d*** lol @@Primal_Echo

This video helped a lot got my turrets up way faster than I thought the process would take, would also love to see more turret pod builds.

Triangle spiral stairs 😋 Easy up and down

I love joining modded monthlys and going into huge compounds and taking over people's turret pods

I use another branch for extensions. Only uses 1 power as well. Just have to set the source to 11, and the branch to 10.
Didnt the two chain link thing not work after a recent update??
Absolute legend
OMFG u are the best bro im stting here 3hrs looking how to make these mfkn turrets
Dr.happy makes it so easy🎉

you should be able to extend with a memory cell as well.
why does my splitter only gets 9 power so i can only power up 2 turrets per splitter?
Why “splitter” ? I think electric branch better than cuz u can set up limit power n connect throughout another branch more than splitter 😅
I never use that big doofy windmill I use one medium generator and run like 3 or 4 turrets
I tried this 3 splitters I don't work I am lucky to get 3 off one generator
Double chain link was patched I think.
It might have been, I will have to test it out

Your video gave ADD. Stay on topic for crying out loud. Thanks for the tips though.
