Well 60 days is not too horrible considering. I loved the whole scene. It was well done. Looking forward to the new Adventures of Mandy & Pizza. Well done Rachael.

Excellent scene as always, Fire. Here is a bit of uslesss GTA facts. the apartment you were in in the city by mission row is the exact same interior as Niko/Roman Bellic's apartment in Liberty City.

Good scene 👏 now Mandy has a dog. Will see future scenes of dog protects owner from criminal, dog gets help for owner in accident, or dog and owner help someone in need. Only time will tell. 👍😻💙

I love watching your videos but you have so many different characters I wish that each character had their own playlist

I don't blame Mandy for how she handled the situation tbh. Honestly if this happened irl (which yes I know it does unfortunately happen) I don't think any decent human being wouldn't have done the same thing

If it had been me I would have dropped it down to Citation in loo of arrest for leaving the scene of a crime and chalk up the rest to self defense. Also did they ever Mirandize you?
    Still great scene. =^.^=

Funnily enough we don't have leaving the scene of a crime as a criminal charge.

    Cool scene!
She got lucky to walk away from that. She went onto someone else's property and started a fight, and ended up killing someone. Before she involved herself in the situation, there was no threat to her life or that of another person. Depending on the exact details of local laws, a prosecutor might have had a lot to work with, and depending on the jury and how good her defence attorney was, she could easily have been convicted of murder or at least manslaughter.
Not that that would have been the morally right outcome, but in many jurisdictions, a strict application of the laws could have put her in prison for a very long time. Much would depend on the prosecutor and the officers who dealt with the situation.
In fact, if the fight had gone the other way and she had been the one killed, he could have argued that she was trespassing on his property and assaulted him, and he was just defending himself. He would have wanted to keep quiet about the fact that he pulled a gun in the first place, but if he claimed that she saw his gun in the fight and grabbed it away, forcing him to use the bat to defend himself, it would have been very difficult to prove otherwise, and he likely would not have been convicted.

Technically life of another can include animals... the guy in this case was kicking the crap out of the dog, its life was at risk and that would provide legal justification to step in.

@@Firekitten_official Probably depends on local laws. That might be sufficient in some cases. But a serious legal risk for someone contemplating similar action in real life.

Mam, how would it look if we had empathy. That's not even in our job description. We are only supposed to trump up charges. - ARP Cops
