Love this!!! Very helpful! But one thing I’d like to know and hope you could help me out. For powerlifting, we need locked elbows to start and to end. Looking at your reps, you never lock your elbows. I’ve issues locking the elbows without wrists pain and yes, I’m utilising the max legal grip. Is that an issue for you too? Or to all wide grip bencher? I’m starting to think they only lock out fully the elbows in comp but not in training. Thanks a ton!
