My mom Minister Pounds went home to be with the LORD JESUS in glory today. I'm so proud of the life that she lived before us. She loved the LORD and served HIM with her whole heart and was not ashamed to be called a true soldier of the LORD. Please keep our family lifted up in prayer for we will truly miss this true woman of GOD. We will hopefully continue to see this video whenever we need to hear her sing this song which comfort our hearts 💕

You have never been so wrong. First of all Mahalia's style would not allow her to sing this song. Victoria Hawkins recorded it. You will not find one recording of Mahalia singing it.
