Solid appointment for the USWNT. If only the men's team could appoint a competent manager.... Instead we're stuck with Berhalter for the most important World Cup cycle in our history.

I highly rate Emma Hayes and although i'm not a Chelsea fan, I do watch a lot of their matches and listen to many of her Press Conferences, just because she is Emma. She is probably the best their is in European Womens Football and will be missed very much in the English WSL
So if this news of which i'm hearing here for the first time is true, and not just a rumour, and that she really is leaving England for the US, then I wish her good luck and much success.

Emma Hayes has a real charisma about her. I ain't saying Premier League, but I bet she could do a better job at Championship level than Alan Pardew.

She’ll lose that at the USWNT. It’s to toxic there. If she goes there and loses, the women’s team will be mocked and laughed at. And when they win, they’ll be hated and still mocked and laughed at.
