    I'm super obsessed with Graveyard. Something about their sound is so, so appealing to me.

    Totaly pure rock. This band is - for me - the definition of rock music. I don't agree that Graveyard is the best swedish band. They're the best band ever - playing nowadays.

    I had given up on metal but these guys rock my face, the bass lines are vicious, the drums fantastic not just a wash of cymbals to cover crappy skills, great guitar sound and intense, the lyrics hell are just cool and hold a relatable meaning not just lunk head blather, great vocals. Graveyard has made me passionate about something I never thought I would be for again.

    how can any of you think this band has gone commercial, they have played less than 50 shows in America for less than 25,000 people. They sound like the 70s. Just cause they sound old does not mean they are not original.Grow up

    I agree the 1st album is the best. Really heavy riff driven. This is mainly why I've gotten more into the band Kadavar lately..... But, if they wouldve stuck with that sound it wouldve gotten repetitive. I still like this album though

  • @DreamTimeEscapePlan
    @DreamTimeEscapePlan 11 років тому

    You're silly. What would you prefer? That they continue to regurgitate the same album again and again? Get real. Music is about pleasing oneself, not about being pigeonholed into "creating" the same thing over and over and over because "fans" can't handle change. If you had listened to the first album properly, you would realize that their sound does include slower jams (Blue Soul, just to name one) and they are merely exploring that aspect of their talent now.

    No, you'll find that the more complex bands used the methods graveyard are using here (underlying melodies and little licks thrown in, like Camel or Focus, or other more progressive bands of the 70's.

    This band has got commercial indeed. But that's not the worst. The worst is that they cant write songs anymore. I loved the first album, because it was diffrent and new. Now more the soul is gone and this record are a shame for heavy rock music
    Where is all the heavy riffs and the badass attitude?????? It's gone! If there ever was one ...
