Inspired by your videos, I went for a test drive yesterday. Handlebar seem a bit tight to turn. Paint came off a pillion foot rest. Rear suspension bottoms out quickly and send shivers to the spine of pillion. Great for rider though. Do you experience these issues on your machine?
It would've been very useful if you had recorded the tappet nose before and after the repair as I have booked the Maverick 440 and awaiting delivery later this month. Also if you could ask your Hero tech guy about the tappet inlet and outlet valve gaps, it will come in millimetres and your guy who adjusted the gaps should know the values
The tapper noise was very low camera mic me capture nahi hoti but while turning on the engine wo feel hoti thi its fixed now
Get it adjusted at first service only. They know the values. 0.10 and 0.22 mm intake n exhaust

Did you ask for the replacement of air filter? As Hero or HD recommends replacement at 10000 km or looking at the condition of the filter.

No noise but heating hogi kyuki badi CC ki bike hai
Bhai are u facing any different engine sound issue where I found few videos of others HD owners who are having some engine noise issue particularly after 5000 kms....for which they are facing issues and even having to open up their engine and costing around 64k ....fortunately covered under warranty.....so question rising about how much reliable the engine use for long term because by spending this much money u are to keep this bike for at least 10 yrs if not less.....please give ur reviews in this and let us know if u r facing any such issue as u have also clocked 7000 kms approx.....
