The story was well written and I am happy the female chose to leave the abuser. Hope he will not catch them anymore. And I am satisfied when the girls told him clearly- even if you are related to us, we do not recognize you. Have you ever treated us and mom well?

The story is poorly written. Why bad evil woman wins. What king of world we are living in.
He doesn't even feel guilty by the end so what's the use? and the other girl is also pregnant, which means he was sleeping with her, and then in the morning he goes to FL and her kids to trouble them. even in the ending scene, he is arrogant, saying that he will break her legs if she runs away. there is no end to this madness.
In other versions of this plot, the ML did redeemed himself. And the child was a boy genius. My eyes hurt from rolling them watching this drama...on to the next!!!
The story is good must watch... I loved the open ending. But i wish there was a redemption arch where the concubine and ml suffer/fight against eachother

I wanted to see him regret his actions and find out the truth regarding the kids and concubine. I don’t think the open ending was suitable for this one.

I’ve watched other versions of this plot and this has to be the worse version because of the amount of torture and abuse the fl went through. FL is a capable person but is schemed through left and right by green tea. I’m happy fl left b4 the 3 month agreement but still not satisfied with how things abruptly ended when ml hasn’t shown any repentance or green tea’s true colors haven’t been revealed yet or even the truth of 5 yrs ago of how fl lost her virginity. Not sure if some scenes were edited out but glad it ended with a somewhat “happy” ending. On to the next!
there are others with similar plot with happy ending and it's justifiable but from beginning to the end this ML is non redeemable. If there's a second part I want it to be 10-12 years in future where the daughters comeback for revenge.😈😈😈😈
This is a great version of the “Modern day Doctor transmigrates into ancient times”-story with really good actors (great performance of the kids) and a storyline slightly different for most versions. It differs mainly in 4 ways, 1. The evil concubine not being the main “villain”, 2. The toxic relationship between FL and ML, 3. The very active twins and 4. The ending. Definitely well worth watching.
SYNOPSIS - SPOILER ALERT!!!
FL is a modern day doctor who is blown up in her lab. Somehow she transmigrates into the body of an unfavored Princess who was rape by a drugged Prince (ML) whom she later marries. Since he thinks she was the one that drugged him, he refuses to accept her and also blames her father for what happened to his mother. Furthermore, he wanted to marry someone else (2FL) and that was ruined by the forced marriage. So after a forced consummation with the body’s original owner and an abortion soup drunk by FL, he expelled her to a deserted mansion to live by herself. Luckily, FL’s medical box had transmigrated with her so she was able to cure her face, that 2FL ruined with poison, and safely give birth to twins.
5 years later, ML accidentally stumbles upon two girls and when returning them to their mother, he realizes that FL has given birth, which surprises him since she drank the abortion soup back then. The reason for him to be near her home is that he made an agreement with the Queen Mother for him to marry 2FL after 5 years of marriage to FL and that FL was to attend the Queen Mother’s birthday before taking the concubine.
So, yet again FL is entangled with her scumbag husband and now even an evil concubine (2FL). Time and time again, FL is distrusted and punished by ML, so she has to use all her wits, medical skills and her ability to conjure things from the medical box to survive and protect her children.
Well, this has a (some would say happy), open ending.

看起來應該是還有續集，走的好男主從頭渣到底千萬不要回頭，整劇演員真會演配音顏值都超讚，光是看到了男女主角就愉悅的把整部看完，演技真讚就像看了一部電影。

I really hate to think there could be people in real life that think like this prince. Why does he keep calling his wife dirty and a person who 'lost their virginity before marriage' like HE wasn't the one that slept with her? He constantly talks about her like she's a sl*t and it's the height of disrespect. She has a NAME.

They are twins but not identical…it’s happens sometime that one twin looks older/taller/skinnier than the other one even when they are identical😂🤣😂. Plus they probably wanted to give some friends’ children the opportunity to be in a 🎭 or during casting these two girls were the best when it came to performing🤫

I evaluate drama actors by the quality of their slaps... These sucked. FL slaps the ML like she is waving goodbye. I wanted to see her land a good full palm slap on his goofy face every time he threatened her.
The ending is good but still too disappointing,coz like so many part has not clear yet.
Those people back then were so tough..after being stab she could just walk away like nothing happens.. it's really ridiculous
This is quite a scary ending. Although the FL did not forgive, she escaped with her kids and no protection. She could die out there. Nothing was solved, and no one had any regrets.

If the drama is a failure in many ways, I always call it as TRASH DRAMA.. i always use that word if it has no common sense.. This one is not a TRASH but a DISASTER.. No common sense in role playing, no scene logic, useless in reasoning and explanation.. worst of all, they created a drama that has no sense of ranks, even a maid can bully a princess yet the princess is arrogant but doesnt have guts.. She was protected by the EMPRESS AND EMPEROR yet still stupid in using her role.. it is all because of a nonsense directing.. THERE SHOULD BE REVIEWS BEFORE RELEASING THE DRAMA, IF THE DIRECTOR CANT SEE WHERE THEY FLAWS, THEN THAT MEANS THAT THE HIRED DIRECTOR IS THE REAL FLAWS..
