Yes and it’s more obvious and that’s why I still use my other tip jars but the reason I wanted this was to make it less obvious for hotels etc. I don’t think it stops people from tipping. For bar gigs I have a tip jar that sits on a stool and lights up.
It’s been great for me. I use it at hotel gigs where they don’t appreciate my oversized glowing tip jar. It fits enough bills and I just empty it in my break.
